We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to personally speak with you about your situation. Specifically, we want to know what type of information you are looking for and why. Our goal is to help you and we use this time to determine the best course of action to ensure we can realistically help you achieve your desired outcome. Should you decide to initiate our services for an investigation, we will schedule another phone call to gather all the necessary details.
Our licensed and experienced network of professionals will give you peace of mind through investigative services. We provide you with detailed information, supporting evidence such as photos or videos, and complete comprehensive reports to help you find the answers you seek.
Our investigators typically perform either real-time observation or digital research. Our real-time observation specialists can help you get photos or other evidence of an action as it is happening. Our digital researchers utilize specialized online search tools not available to the general public to help you find records (such as civil or criminal records) or people.
A case is considered “on-location” when it requires an investigator to be physically on site. We send an investigator on-location when surveillance, photographs and/or video footage are required. Remote research is done entirely through databases and other online resources, and can be conducted from any state or location. We typically deliver the results of a research case in an electronic report.
Each investigation is unique, so cases can vary based on a number of variables. Typically, research cases can range anywhere from 2-10 hours and surveillance cases can range anywhere from 4-20 hours.
Will the person I am investigating know I am doing this or will anyone else know I opened up an investigation? ExpandNo! No one other than you and our assigned private investigator from Palm Springs Desert Investigators will know that you did this. Our services are 100% confidential, and any reports and/or evidence will only be released to you.
Every one of our private investigators have at least 5 years of law enforcement experience. There are many decisions that have to be made instantly during an investigation and it takes a skilled investigator to be able to anticipate what is going to happen and take the appropriate steps. Regardless of how much experience and skill the investigator has, they are not invisible, and certain circumstances or events can cause them or their vehicle to be noticed. An experienced investigator is aware of this and knows how to pick up on certain signs that they may have been noticed and will act accordingly. This may involve changing clothes, changing cars, and/or picking up the investigation at another location.
Some cases require additional database fees in order for the investigator to obtain crucial information regarding your case. These fees vary and are largely dependent on the type of information the investigator is searching for. Occasionally a surveillance case may require additional travel costs. In the event that additional database fees or travel costs are needed, your investigator will alert you to the exact costs and obtain your approval before moving forward. Additional fees for travel will apply if our appearance is requested for Court in reference to any case.
